Josh has over 15 years in the utility industry working at developers, independent power producers, research laboratories, and utility consultants. He has supported a wide array of clients including developers, IPPs, banks, investment funds, global development funds, and electric utilities. His experience includes construction management, cost estimation, development, engineering, planning, procurement, and project management of onshore wind, photovoltaic solar, battery energy storage, substations, and transmission lines. Throughout his career he has supported projects in North and South America, Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, Northern Europe, and Australia.
Most recently Josh worked as Principal Engineer at Mott MacDonald for photovoltaic solar, battery energy storage, grid interconnection, and modular data center projects. Josh is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
